Together with VeteranAid.org, we’re undertaking a national campaign to promote awareness of the often-misunderstood Aid & Attendance Improved Pension, with the goal of helping veterans understand who is eligible and how to apply for benefits. In addition, we’re proud to highlight our Wall of Honor, an online gallery where you can submit photos and notes to pay tribute to loved ones who have served in the military.Aid & Attendance Improved Pension Myths and Facts, WebinarAccording to the latest census data, there are 19.1 million living veterans in the U.S., and 9.3 million of them over the age of 65. Many are eligible for benefits through the Aid & Attendance (A&A) Pension plan, but a recent survey by APFM revealed that 69{c17a68d0c485b2bb970b2407a228834b2c67946a23aa769eb01fe7f378a2c331} of those who qualify are unaware they could be receiving a monthly financial stipend.
